Legal Notice The Community Improvement Corporation of Darke County will hold regular meetings on the third Wednesday of the months of February, April, June, August, October and December at 7:30 a.m. at the Darke Rural Electric's Kitchel Community Room, 1120 Ft. Jefferson Ave., Greenville, Ohio. Due to health and safety concerns related to the COVID-19 coronavirus, meetings may take place via conference call or through virtual technology. The Annual Meeting for 2026 shall occur on February 18, 2026, at 7:30 a.m. Special meetings may be scheduled from time to time.
