Notice of Public Hearing The Darke County Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 17, 2026 in the conference room on the 1st floor of the County Administration Building, 520 S Broadway, Greenville, Ohio. The hearing will start at or as near as possible to 7 PM. BZA-County-04-2026 : This hearing has been requested by Nathan and Norma Bomholt for a Variance from Zoning Resolution Section 302.05 (A) to split off +/- 5 acres from a 10.672 acre tract which creates a parcel that does not meet the minimum size of 20 acres in an Agricultural District. The subject property is located at 7947 Martz Road, Wayne Township, Parcel ID T73-0-311-35-00-00-10300 and is zoned A-1 (Agricultural District).
