FLIEHMAN, JUDGE ITMO: THE PETITION FOR THE SALE OF REAL ESTATE BY RELIGIOUS ORGANIZATION FILED BY THE TRUSTEES OF THE WOODINGTON CONGREGATIONAL CHRISTIAN CHURCH CASE NO. 26-CV-00163 Notice is hereby given that Tony Schelchty, EJ Byram, and Richard Polei, Trustees of the Woodington Congregational Christian Church, have filed a Petition for Sale of Real Estate by Religious Organization pursuant to ORC 1715.39 in the Common Pleas Court of Darke County, Ohio, being Case No. 26-CV-00163.
