Notice of Public Hearing The Darke County Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at 8:00 AM in the conference room on the 1st floor of the County Administration Building, 520 S Broadway, Greenville, Ohio. The Regularly Scheduled June Planning Commission Meeting will be conducted immediately hereafter. The Public Hearing will address the following matter: A proposed amendment to the Darke County Subdivision Regulations to specifically require a thirty foot wide curtain drain easement extending to the closest County ditch for every new parcel created that is less than 20 acres and may contain an on-site septic system. Establishment of this regulation will insure that all newly created parcels have their own dedicated and adequate drainage easement for both current and future on-site septic systems.
