NOTICE FOR REQUEST FOR DISTRIBUTION LYDIA E. SCHAURER MEMORIAL TRUST FUND Steve A. Burns, Trustee Steven F. Litchfield, Trustee Thomas H. Graber, II, Trustee Funds are available from the Lydia E. Schaurer Memorial Trust Fund to assist agencies and organizations in need who serve the Darke County community. Organizations requesting funds must be organized and operated exclusively for religious, charitable, scientific, literary or educational purposes, or to foster national or international amateur sports competition, or for the prevention of cruelty to children or animals. The organization must be qualified for tax exemption under the Internal Revenue Code. Recipients of distribution from the Lydia E. Schaurer Memorial Trust Fund shall be determined exclusively at the discretion of the Trustees. Forms for the request of distribution may be obtained by contacting the Lydia E.
