REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) STATE OF OHIO PLANS EXAMINER FOR DARKE COUNTY BUILDING DEPARTMENT The Darke County Board of Commissioners are requesting Statements of Qualifications for the provision of professional architectural/engineering (A/E) services necessary to serve as the Plans Examiner or Back-Up Plans Examiner for the Darke County Building Department. Qualified professionals shall submit two (2) copies of their Statement of Qualifications to the County Commissioners, Attn: Susan Laux, 520 South Broadway, Greenville, Ohio 45331 no later than 1:00 PM on Friday, July 31, 2026. Submittal of statements received after this deadline will not be considered. Submittals shall comply with the standards set forth in the Request for Qualifications for Plans Examiner Services (RFQ) available by contacting Susan Laux at slaux@co.darke.oh.us or 937-547-7368. The Plans Examiner shall provide services as required for plan review and permit issuance of commercial building repairs, renovations, and new construction as required by the State Board of Building Standards pursuant to the OAC. 90223474 July 15 gda
