CITY OF GREENVILLE, OHIO 2026 SANITARY SEWER GROUTING MAINTENANCE PROJECT ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed Bids for the construction of the
2026 Sanitary Sewer Grouting Maintenance Project will be received by the City of Greenville, Ohio, at the office of the Board of Control, c/o Megan Bailey, 100 Public Square, Greenville, OH 45331, until 10:00 a.m. local time on
September 8, 2026 at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of cleaning, televising and grouting 5,190 linear feet with 8”, 10” and 15” sanitary sewer lines. The engineer’s estimate for this project is
$202,000.00 . Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is:
City of Greenville, Planning & Zoning Department, 100 Public Square, Greenville, Ohio 45331, c/o Megan Bailey . Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Thursdays between the hours of 8:00am and 4:30pm, or Fridays between the hours of 8:00am and 1:00pm, and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Bidding Documents also may be examined online at
www.cityofgreenville.org and the office of Planning and Zoning on
Mondays through Thursdays between the hours of 8:30am and 4:30pm and Fridays from 8:00am and 1:00pm . Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office, during the hours indicated above. Owner will not be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
Bids will be accepted only from planholders who have registered to bid through Megan Bailey. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
