FLIEHMAN, JUDGE ITMO: THE PETITION FOR THE SALE OF REAL ESTATE BY RELIGIOUS ORGANIZATION FILED BY THE TRUSTEES OF THE WOODINGTON CONGREGATIONAL CHRISTIAN CHURCH CASE NO. 26-CV-00163 Notice is hereby given that Tony Schelchty, EJ Byram, and Richard Polei, Trustees of the Woodington Congregational Christian Church, have filed an Amended Petition for Sale of Real Estate by Religious Organization pursuant to ORC 1715.39 in the Common Pleas Court of Darke County, Ohio, being Case No. 26-CV-00163. By virtue of said Petition, Petitioners request an Order authorizing Petitioners to sell the following described real property upon such terms as the Court deems reasonable, for an Order directing Petitioners to disburse the proceeds of the sale of the real property pursuant to the doctrine of Cy Pres, and for any other relief that is just and equitable. The Hearing on said Petition shall occur on the 30th day of October 30, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. as the Darke County, Ohio Common Pleas Court, 504 South Broadway Street, Greenville, Ohio 45331. The real estate that is the subject of said Petition is more particularly described as follows: Situated in the County of Darke, in the State of Ohio and in the Village of Woodington and bounded and described as follows: Being Lot No. 2 and the West Half of Lots No. 3 and No. 4 in the Town of Woodington, Ohio. ALSO Situate in the County of Darke and in the State of Ohio and in the Township of Greenville and bounded and described as follows, viz: Being the East half of Lots No. (3) and (4) Three and Four as laid out and platted by B.H. Clark in the Town of Woodington, Ohio: commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot No. (3) Three and thence running West with the bearing of said lot one hundred feet; thence running South with the bearing of said lots one hundred feet; thence running East with the bearing of said lots one hundred feet; thence running north with the bearing of said lots one hundred feet to the place of beginning.
