DARKE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Darke County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 13th, 2026 at 9:15 am. The hearing will be held in the conference room on the 1st floor of the County Administration Building, 520 S Broadway, Greenville, Ohio. The Darke County Commissioners will accept comments and questions regarding a request for a Text Amendment to the Darke County Zoning Resolution. The Text Amendment request is for the purpose of adding "Data Center" as a Conditional Use in Article III, Section 306.04 in the I-1 Limited Industrial district. Data Center definitions and regulations are also proposed to be added to Article V, Supplementary Use Regulations. Case Reference #ZC-County-20-2026.
