Notice of Public Hearing The Neave Township Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 21st, 2026 at the Neave township house located at 3880 St. Rt. 121 S, Greenville. The hearing will start at or as near as possible to 6:30 PM, the board will hear the following case: Case# ZC-Neave-15-2026: Consideration for recommendation of a Text Amendment to the Neave Township Zoning Resolution to add Data Centers as a Conditional Use on Table 5-1 Permitted Use Table within the I-1 (Light Industrial) zoning district. The Zoning Commission will also review and consider for recommendation, adding Data Center definitions and regulations to Section 5.04 (E) Use-Specific Standards.
