Notice of Public Hearing The Darke County Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 18th, 2026 in the conference room on the 1st floor of the County Administration Building, 520 S Broadway, Greenville, Ohio. The hearing will start at or as near as possible to 7 PM. The Board will hear the following case: Case# BZA-County-27-2026: A Conditional Use request by Paul Fullenkamp in accordance with Zoning Resolution Section 520 in order to install roof-mounted accessory solar panels on an accessory building. In addition, the applicant is requesting a Variance to allow the accessory solar panels to provide power to a principal use on an adjacent lot under the same ownership. The subject property is located on Darke-Shelby County Line Road in Wayne Township, Parcel ID T73-0-410-21-00-00-20302 and is zoned A-1 Agricultural.
