The hearing will be held in the Village Meeting Room at 1052 Main Drive, Wayne Lakes (Greenville). The hearing will start at or as near as possible to 6:30 PM. Case #BZA-WL-01-2026 : A Variance request by Rodney Walker from Zoning Resolution Section 500, Table 1, in order to construct a detached accessory structure with a front yard setback of 39 feet instead of the minimum requirement of 50 feet in an R-1 zone.
