Notice of Public Hearing The Adams Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, May 18th, 2026. The hearing will take place in the Adams Township House, 100 Park Avenue, Gettysburg, Ohio. The hearing will start at or as near as possible to 7:00 PM for the following case: Case#: BZA-Adams-06-2026 : A Variance request by Eric and Marcia Denlinger from Zoning Resolution Section 503.03 in order to have no walls or fencing of at least 5 feet in height surrounding a private accessory swimming pool/pond. The subject property is located at 7892 Horatio-Harris Creek Road in Adams Township, Parcel ID A02-0-310-11-00-00-20200 and is zoned A-1 Agriculture.
