Section 4928.20 (C) the Village of New Weston, Darke County will hold two separate public hearings on the Darke County's Electric Power Aggregation Plan of Operation and Governance on June 25, 2026, at 4:30pm and at 5:00pm at 413 Main Street, New Weston, Ohio 45348. Darke County's Electric Power Aggregation Plan of Operation and Governance describe the policies and procedures by which they will carry out its municipal electric aggregation program, including those policies and procedures, which relate to rates and customer service.
