Notice of Public Hearing The Jackson Township Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 13th, 2026. The hearing will be held at the Jackson Township House located at 10653 Staudt Rd, Union City. The hearing will start at or as near as possible to 7:00 PM to hear the following case: Case# ZC-Jackson-10-2026 : Consideration for recommendation of a Text Amendment to the Jackson Township Zoning Resolution to add Data Centers as a Conditional Use within the I-1 (Limited Industrial) zoning district in Article III. The Zoning Commission will also review and consider for recommendation, adding Data Center definitions and regulations to Article V.
