The Liberty Township Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing on November 30, 2026 at the Liberty Township House located at 111 East Cross Street, Palestine, Ohio. The hearing will start at or as near as possible to 7 PM for the following case: The Board of Township Trustees will accept comments and questions regarding a request for a Text Amendment to the Liberty Township Zoning Resolution. The Text Amendment request is for the purpose of adding Data Centers as a Conditional Use within the I-1 (Limited Industrial) zoning district in Article III, Section 305. Data Center definitions and regulations are also proposed to be added to Article V, Supplementary Use Regulations.
