CITY OF GREENVILLE DARKE COUNTY, OHIO NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS: CITY OF GREENVILLE ELECTRIC POWER AND NATURAL GAS AGGREGATION PLAN OF OPERATION AND GOVERNANCE NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Sections 4928.20(C) and 4929.26(C) of the Ohio Revised Code that City of Greenville will hold two separate public hearings on the City of Greenville Electric Power and Natural Gas Aggregation Plans of Operation and Governance. The first public meeting will be held on December 16, 2025 at 12:00 p.m., and the second public meeting will be held on December 16, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. Both meetings will take place at the City of Greenville Municipal Building Basement Classroom, located at 100 Public Square, Greenville, OH 45331. The City of Greenville Electric Power and Natural Gas Aggregation Plans of Operation and Governance describe the policies and procedures by which the City of Greenville will carry out village electric and natural gas aggregation programs, including those policies and procedures relating to rates and customer service.
