RESCHEDULED: SEE NEW DATE BELOW Notice of Public Hearings The Adams Township Board of Zoning Appeals has cancelled the public hearing scheduled for November 25th, 2025. This hearing has been rescheduled to Monday, December 8th, 2025 . The hearing will take place in the Adams Township House, 100 Park Avenue, Gettysburg, Ohio. The hearing will start at or as near as possible to 7:00 PM for the following cases: Case#: BZA-A07-25: A Conditional Use request by Adam and Madison Lyons, per Zoning Resolution Section 302.04 (J) and Article 5, Section 506. The applicants propose to divide an approximate 7+/- acre lot from an existing 12.30 acre tract to construct a new single-family home. Access is proposed from Stillwater Drive through Stillwater Golf Estates Replat Part Outlot #23 that will be combined with the subdivided lot. The subject property is located at ST RT 185 in Adams Township, Parcel ID A01-0-409-05-00-00-31106 and is zoned A-1 (Agriculture).
