Notice of Public Hearing The Adams Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, December 8th, 2025. The hearing will take place in the Adams Township House, 100 Park Avenue, Gettysburg, Ohio. The hearing will start at or as near as possible to 7:00 PM for the following: Case#: BZA-A08-25: A Variance Request by Mark, Sandra and Zachary Hasting, from Zoning Resolution 502.05 in order to construct a pole barn with a rear setback of 5 feet instead of the minimum required 15 feet. The subject property is located at 8199 Horatio-Harris Creek Road in Adams Township, Parcel ID A02-0-310-13-00-00-10100 and is zoned A-1 (Agriculture).
