Karen S. Stump GREENVILLE -- Karen Sue Stump age 77, of Greenville passed away at 10:43 pm Saturday, January 11, 2025, at EverHeart Hospice Care Center in Greenville. Karen was born March 22, 1947, in Webster to the late Ralph & Rita E. (Bulcher) Glick. Karen was also preceded in death by her husband, Walter “Bill” Stump on April 24, 2022, whom she married July 27, 1985; great grandsons, Vincent Wiley and Tiegan Brown; brother, Lewis Glick; and sisters, Sharon Swabb and Irene Spencer. Karen is survived by her children, Terry & Mary Stump of Portland, Indiana, Roberta Szeliga of Cincinnati, Rita & Brenda Harrison of Bruceville, Texas, Genita & Dustin Stump of Pleasant Hill, Karen Stephenson of Hartford City, Indiana, Greg & Marti Stump of Ridgeville, Indiana, Jacqueline & Travis Drudge of La Clair, Iowa, and Julia & Christopher Larman of Huber Heights; numerous grandchildren & great grandchildren; brother, Richard Glick of Greenville; sister, Patricia Valentine of Greenville; numerous nieces and nephews. Karen was a 1966 graduate of Versailles High School. She retired from Sheller Globe in Union City, Indiana, with 25 years of service. Karen enjoyed quilting, cooking, watching football and baseball. The family will receive friends on Friday, January 17, 2025, from 4:00 to 6:00 pm at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home in Greenville. Memorial contributions may be given to EverHeart Hospice in Greenville.
