Notice of Public Hearing The Neave Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 19, 2025. At the Neave Township House located at 3880 St. Rt. 121 S, Greenville, Ohio. The hearing will start at or as near as possible to 6:30 PM. The Board of Appeals will hear a request for a Variance from Walter & Carrie Wiant, 3446 State Route 503, Parcel ID# L82021134000040200. Mr. & Mrs. Wiant are requesting permission to erect a 60' x 120' accessory building twenty feet (20') from the road right-of-way of State Route 503, which does not meet the fifty foot (50') setback requirement.
