Notice of Public Hearings The Liberty Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 29, 2025 in the Liberty Township House, 111 East Cross Street, Palestine, Ohio. The hearing will start at or as near as possible to 6:30 PM. The Board of Appeals will hear a request from Brenda Garber for a Variance from Section 302.05(D) of the Zoning Resolution concerning Front Yard Setbacks for the 0.3444 acre tract located at 377 Chenoweth Road (Parcel #I34-1-111-32-03-01-10300). Ms. Garber is requesting a variance of the front yard setback of 50’ from the road right-of-way to 25’ to accommodate a new dwelling that replaces a previous home destroyed by fire.
