REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS BROWNFIELD REMEDIATION PROGRAM ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT The Darke County Board of Commissioners has received funding administered by the Ohio Department of Development through the Brownfield Remediation Grant Program. Funds will be utilized for the assessment of property located at 1137 Sweitzer Street, Greenville, Ohio. Darke County is requesting proposals from environmental professionals for the completion of a VAP Phase I Property Assessment along with additional assessments as determined are needed for this site. Proposals shall be submitted no later than 1:00 PM, Friday, June 6, 2025 to the Darke County Community Development Office at the Darke County Administration Building located at 520 South Broadway, Greenville, Ohio 45331.
