Notice of Public Hearing The Harrison Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 4th, 2025. The hearing will be held at the Harrison Township House located at 101 Railroad St, New Madison. The hearing will start at or as near as possible to 6:30 PM for the following: Case #H03-25 - This hearing has been requested by Zac Graham in reference to property located at 1621 St Rt 121, Parcel ID #G28011024000010700 which is zoned A-1 (Agriculture District). The landowner is requesting a Conditional Use per Zoning Resolution Section 504.04 to construct a 36x56 agriculture building on a lot that is less than one acre within platted territory (Beechwood Estates). The applicant is also requesting a variance from Zoning Resolution Section 502.02 to allow the proposed 36x56 agriculture building to be located within a side yard.
