STATEMENT OF ACTIVITIES PUBLICATION The Village of Union City Community Improvement Corporation intends to apply to the United States Department of Agriculture, Rural Housing Services (RHS) for grant funds to aid in the preservation of homes occupied by the low to moderate-income homeowners in the Village of Union City, OH (Darke County). RHS Housing Preservation funds will be for needed and critical repairs. The application will seek up to $50,000 to address these property needs and maintain the housing stock in the Village of Union City, OH (Darke County). The USDA Rural Housing Services requires the Village of Union City Community Improvement Corporation to provide the public with an opportunity for comments on the proposed project to assure that the proposed Housing Preservation Grant program is beneficial and does not duplicate current activities and to make available for public review the Statement of Activities, which outlines the planned proposed program to be submitted to the RHS for consideration for funding. The Village of Union City Community Improvement Corporation Housing Preservation Statement of Activities is available and may be reviewed at the Village Administration Office at 327 East Elm Street, Union City, OH 45390 during normal business hours of Monday through Thursday, 10 AM-4 PM, and Friday, 8 AM-12 PM. A fifteen (15) day comment period is required to allow for public review of the proposed program.
