Notice of Public Hearing The Darke County Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing for the following cases on Tuesday, September 9th, 2025 in the conference room on the 1st floor of the County Administration Building, 520 S Broadway, Greenville, Ohio. The hearing will start at or as near as possible to 7 PM. Case #BZA05-25: This hearing has been requested by Weaver Bros, Inc for a Conditional Use per Zoning Resolution Section 302.04 (K) in order to construct a new single-family structure on a small lot that is 8 acres in size instead of the minimum requirement of 20 acres.
