JOHNS, whose addresses are unknown and cannot with reasonable due diligence be ascertained, adn UNKNOWN TENANTS at 1041 Washington Ave., Greenville, OH 45331 shall take notice that on the 9th day of September, 2025, MEMBERS CHOICE CREDIT UNION INC. commenced an action in the Common Pleas Court of Darke County, Ohio, said Case being captioned: "Members Choice Credit Union, Inc., Plaintiff vs. Joseph M. Johns, et.al., Defendants", and being Case No: 25CV00353, on the docket of said Court, alleging breach of a Promissory Note and accompanying Mortgage, and seeking foreclosure upon real property located and commonly known as 1041 Washington Ave., Greenville, Ohio 45331 (Parcel No: F27-2-211-02-04-04-130-00), the complete legal description of which parcel may be obtained from the Darke County Recorder. Plaintiff has prayed in its Complaint that all Defendants be compelled to show their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting same, that Plaintiff be found to have the first and best lien upon said real estate and that said real estate be Ordered appraised, advertised, and sold in accordance with law; and that the Plaintiff have such other, additional, and further relief as the Court may deem just and proper. The Defendants named in this Notice, and each of them, are required to Answer said Complaint on or before the 28th day following the date of final publication of this Notice, or the allegations of said Complaint will be considered by the Court to be confessed by the Defendants as true.
