Notice of Public Hearings The Adams Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 25th, 2025 in the Adams Township House, 100 Park Avenue, Gettysburg, Ohio. The hearing will start at or as near as possible to 7 PM for the following: Case #A07-25: A Conditional Use request by Adam and Madison Lyons, per Zoning Resolution Section 302.04 (J) and Article 5, Section 506. The applicants propose to divide an existing 12.30 acre lot into two parcels, both of which will be less than the 20 acre minimum in order to build a new single-family home on the eastern parcel. The applicants are also requesting a Variance from Section 303.05 (B) lot width for the eastern parcel to be less than the minimum requirement of 200 feet. Access is proposed from Stillwater Drive through Stillwater Golf Estates Replat Part Outlot #23 that will be combined with the eastern portion of the subdivided parcel. The subject property is located at ST RT 185 in Adams Township, Parcel A01-0-409-05-00-00-31106 and is zoned A-1 (Agriculture).
