Notice of Public Hearing The Neave Township Board of Zoning Appeals has rescheduled a public hearing that was scheduled for November 19th, 2025. The public hearing is now scheduled for Wednesday, December 17th, 2025 . The hearing will be held in the township house located at 3880 St. Rt. 121 S, Greenville. Neave BZA 01-22: Conditional Use Renewal: Consideration of renewal to continue to allow operation of a wedding venue in the big bank barn at 3830 Byrket Road, as a Home Occupation/Small Business, Parcel ID# L82021121000011200. Legal owners are Zebulon and Alaine Kirby. Current land use classification is R-1, Rural Residential.
