Notice of Public Hearing The Butler Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 18th, 2026. The hearing will be held at the Butler Township House located at 1481 U.S. Route 127. The hearing will start at or as near as possible to 7:00 PM. The Board will hear the following case: BZA-BUTLER-02-2026 : A Variance request by Kelli and Marion S. Price from Zoning Resolution Section 502.02, in order to construct an accessory structure within a required front yard on a corner lot. The subject property is located at 2063 Harter Road, in Butler Township, Parcel ID D17-0-210-07-00-00-20400 and is zoned A-1 (Agriculture).
