Notice of Public Hearing The Jackson Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 15th, 2026. The hearing will be held at the Jackson Township House located at 10653 Staudt Rd, Union City. The hearing will start at or as near as possible to 7:00 PM to hear the following case: Case# BZA-Jackson-06-2026 : A Conditional Use request by Barbara Roth in accordance with Zoning Resolution Section 302.04 (G) and Article 5 Section 505 for the purpose of dividing +/- 1.728 acres with an existing farm dwelling from a 4.49 acre tract. The proposed new tract will be less than the 20-acre minimum in an Agricultural district. In addition, the applicant is requesting a Variance from Sections 505.04 and 303.05 (A) for the proposed new tract to have an area less than the minimum requirement of 2 acres. The subject property is located at 2262 Zumbrum Road in Jackson Township, Parcel ID H32-0-113-12-00-00-20400 and is zoned A-1 Agricultural.
