Notice of Public Hearing The Village of Wayne Lakes Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 14th, 2026. The hearing will be held in the Village Meeting Room at 1052 Main Drive, Wayne Lakes (Greenville). The hearing will start at or as near as possible to 6:30 PM. Case # BZA-WL-07-2026 : A Variance request by Darla Elliott from Zoning Resolution Section 500 and Table 1 in order to construct a detached accessory building with a front yard setback less than the minimum requirement of 50 feet. In addition, the applicant is requesting a Variance from Section 520 (1) for the side yard setback to be less than the minimum requirement of 30 feet when adjacent to a street. The subject property is located at 1121 Highland Drive in Wayne Lakes, parcel ID L80-2-211-28-02-02-18300 and is zoned R-1 Low Density Residential.
