VILLAGE OF NEW MADISON LEGAL AD The Village of New Madison is accepting bids for curbside trash and recycling services for the period of February 1, 2027, through December 31, 2030. Sealed bids marked as "Curbside Trash and Recycling Service" shall be submitted to the Village by mail at: Village of New Madison, P.O. Box 15, New Madison, Ohio 45346. Bid specifications may be obtained by sending an email to fiscalofficer@villageofnewmadison.com or by calling the Village Office Monday-Friday and leaving a message requesting the information. All bids must be received on or before 6:00 p.m. November 16, 2026. The bid opening will take place at the regular council meeting on Monday, November 16, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. Bidders need not be present at bid opening. A copy of the bidder's current liability insurance certificate and current workers' compensation insurance coverage shall be submitted with each bid.
