Notice of Public Hearing The Darke County Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 26th, 2026 in the conference room on the 1st floor of the County Administration Building, 520 S Broadway, Greenville, Ohio. The hearing will start at or as near as possible to 7 PM. The Board will hear the following case: BZA-County-11-2026: A Conditional Use Request by Julius Hierholzer per Zoning Resolution Section 302.04 (K) and Article 5 Section 506 in order to split off +/- 2.5 acres from a 4.395 acre tract for the purpose of constructing a new single-family home on a lot size smaller than the required minimum in an A-1 District. The subject property is located at 6828 ST RT 705 in Wabash Township, Parcel ID R65-0-312-04-00-00-21001 and is zoned A-1 Agricultural.
