Notice of Public Hearing The Darke County Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, July 6th, 2026 in the conference room on the 1st floor of the County Administration Building, 520 S Broadway, Greenville, Ohio. The hearing will start at or as near as possible to 7 PM. The Board will hear the following cases: Case# BZA-County-14-2026 : A Conditional Use request from Ron and Theresa Nelson in accordance with Zoning Resolution Section 302.04 (H) and Article 5, Section 501 for the purpose of operating a medical massage office as a Home Occupation in an Agricultural zoning district. The subject property is located at 11594 Conover Road in Wayne Township, Parcel ID T73-0-311-02-00-00-20310 and is zoned A-1 Agricultural. Case# BZA-County-15-2026 : A Conditional Use request from Ron and Theresa Nelson in accordance with Zoning Resolution Section 302.04 (H) and Article 5, Section 501 for the purpose of operating a distribution and delivery business as a Home Occupation in an Agricultural zoning district. The applicants are also seeking a Variance from Section 501.03 (A) to operate the requested Home Occupation within an accessory building that exceeds the 600 square feet of floor area limitation. The subject property is located at 11594 Conover Road in Wayne Township, Parcel ID T73-0-311-02-00-00-20310 and is zoned A-1 Agricultural.
