Brian P. Hoskins UNION CITY -- Brian P. Hoskins, age 56 of Union City, Ohio and formerly of Greenville passed away Sunday May 25, 2025, at the EverHeart Hospice Care Center of Greenville following a lengthy illness. He was born March 13, 1969, in Greenville, Ohio and the son of the late Ronald Hoskins. Brian is survived by his mother Debora (Hoskins, Spicer) Crews. Also, his brothers Ryan Hoskins of Greenville and Dustin (Shannon) Hoskins of Virginia. His uncles Rick (Debi) Hoskins, Chuck Shields and Tim Reser. His aunts Donna Hoskins (Greg Stickler) of Las Vegas, Debbie Miller of Versailles, Denise (Eugene) Mayo of Rossburg, Sue (David) Brandenburg of Greenville, Kim Beckett of Middletown as well as numerous cousins. In addition to his father, Brian was preceded in death by his brother Bruce Hoskins; grandparents Lucille Hoskins Wehrcamp, Clyde and Eileen Hoskins, Virginia Fitzgerald, Shields Reser, Steve Reser and his uncle Rob Beckett. Brian was a sub-contractor working as a plasterer, a concrete contractor and had farmed. He had also been employed at Workhorse and Weaver Eggs. He loved helping people. He attended Greenville City Schools and graduated from Tri-Village High School Class of 1988. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday May 31, 2025, in the Zechar Bailey Funeral Home Greenville, Ohio with Pastor Paul Calvert officiating. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 10:00 AM until time of the services in the funeral home. Memorial Contributions may be given to the family to help offset funeral expenses.
