Notice of Public Hearing The Jackson Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 4th, 2026. The hearing will be held at the Jackson Township House located at 10653 Staudt Rd, Union City. The hearing will start at or as near as possible to 7:00 PM to hear the following case: Case# BZA-Jackson-05-2026: An Appeal Hearing request from John R Desmond in accordance with Zoning Resolution Section 1003.01. This hearing has been requested in response to a Zoning Violations letter sent on April 17, 2026. This letter explains violations that are occurring against Zoning Resolution Section 301 relating to the permitted and conditional uses within the zoning district of the subject property; Section 306 non-compliance with regulations of use within an I-1 Limited Industrial District; Section 1102.04 (E) which excludes mobile homes as dwelling units in the Township; and Section 1102.10 relating to junk vehicles located on the property. The subject property is located at 1267 Zumbrum Road in Jackson Township, Parcel ID H32-0-113-10-00-00-20300, and is zoned I-1 Limited Industrial.
