Property is a portion of Parcel ID #N55-0-311-27-00-00-40200. The property is being sold “as-is” and is bare farm ground that is not approved as a building lot. Minimum bid price is $12,000.00. The Darke County Board of Commissioners will accept sealed bids on June 17, 2025 at the Darke County Administration Building, 520 South Broadway, Greenville, Ohio until 1:00 PM. Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud on that date at 1:30 PM at the regular Darke County Commission Session.
