Notice of Equipment Sale by Sealed Bid Twin Township Trustees are offering for sale through sealed bids the following equipment: - 1994 John Deere F911 Mower with 2,558 hours on meter. New clutch installed and not used after install. Township only Owner - 1998 John Deere F911 Mower with 2,951 hours on meter. Township only Owner. The Trustees will accept sealed bids until 5:00 PM, on May 27, 2025. Sealed bid shall be submitted to the Twin Township Fiscal Officer, Ashley Jones, 6595 Otterbein-Ithaca Road, Arcanum, OH 45304. Mark the envelope “mower sealed bid” in the lower left corner of the envelope. Please include the year of the mower in which the bid is for. All sealed bids will be opened at a public meeting held on May 27, 2025 at 7:30 PM at 123 West George Street, Arcanum, OH 45304. Twin Township Trustees reserve the right to reject any and all bids and hold for another sale, by public auction or sealed bid, in the manner prescribed by Section 505.10 ORC. A minimum bid of $2,500 is required for each mower. This equipment is being offered for sale “as is” with no warranties or guarantees, either expressed or implied. Possession of lawnmower will take place upon receipt of a certified check or money order made out to Twin Township. The mowers can be examined at Ithaca Cemetery, 711 St. Rt. 503, Arcanum, OH 45304 by contacting Trustee, Mike Schwieterman at 937-417-0985 or Cemetery Superintendent, Chuck Mills at 937-467-2439.
