Notice Of Public Hearing The Van Buren Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on November 6, 2025 at the Van Buren Township Building located at 4213 Sarver Rd, Greenville, OH 45331 at 7:30 P.M. regarding a request to allow for a variance for a property split of a house from the farm land at the address 5400 Arcanum Bears Mill Road, Greenville Ohio. The reason of the variance request is to section off approximately 8.0 acres of the larger section of farm land to allow for the sale of the house with smaller acreage.
