Linda K. Thorn GREENVILLE -- Linda Kay Thorn, 78, of Greenville, Ohio, passed away at Ayden Healthcare of Greenville, on Saturday, September 21, 2024 at 3:53 PM. Linda was born July 12, 1946, she is the Daughter of Nellie E. (Norman) and George O. Peden. Linda is preceded in death by her parents, as well as her Son, Ted L. Thorn. Linda is survived by her Siblings, Richard (Carol) Peden and Diane (Larry Blinn) Resor. Her Daughter, Melanie Thorn. Her grandchildren, Daniel Ditty, Karlisa Ditty, and Teddy Thorn. As well as her Great Grandchildren, Jordan Ditty, Kaylynn Garland, Adylynn Garland, and Remington Covault. Linda was a simple kind of lady, and was a friend to many. She had a bit of green thumb and loved her flowers very much. She was always so worried about them being taken care of and how they were doing. She treated them like her own children, in the same way she loved her plants, she also loved her family. She was so deeply loved by them also. She would do anything for her family, especially her grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. She was a wonderful Mother, Sister, Grandmother, Great Grandmother and friend, she will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. The family will be holding a Celebration of Life for Linda at the Greenville, Moose Lodge from 2-4 PM on October 20, 2024.
