Notice of Public Hearing The Van Buren Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on September 24, 2024 in the Van Buren Township House, 4213 Sarver Rd., Greenville Ohio. The hearing will start at or as near as possible to 7:00 PM. This hearing has been requested by Philp Garbig for Carmen Napier & Randy Baker. Mr. Garbig is requesting approval to divide the 57-acre parcel into two (2) equal parcels. Also Mr. Baker is asking approval to divide a small tract from his portion for a building site for son. Current zoning is A-1, General Agriculture.
