Notice of Public Hearings The Adams Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 11, 2025 in the Adams Township House, 100 Park Avenue, Gettysburg, Ohio. The hearing will start at or as near as possible to 7:00 PM. The Board of Appeals will hear a request from Weaver Brothers, Inc. for a Conditional Use per Section 505 of the Zoning Resolution for transfer of existing farm dwellings on a lot less than 20 acres. Weaver Brothers, Inc. desires to proceed with a lot split of 5.2 acres containing a house, barns, and milkhouse from a 51.229 acre tract located at 8946 Gettysburg-Webster Road, Parcel #A02040906000040100. Current zoning is A-1, General Agriculture.
