Notice of Public Hearing The Adams Township Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on May 12, 2025. The hearing will be held in the Adams Township House, 100 Park Avenue, Gettysburg, Ohio. The hearing will start at or as near as possible to 6:30 PM. The Zoning Commission will hear a request to change the zoning designation of a proposed 2.77 acre tract that is currently part of a 6.68 acre tract (Parcel ID#A02-0-310-26-00-00-20101) along with all of an 0.79 acre adjoining tract (Parcel ID #A02-0-310-25-00-00-31101) located in the 8000 block of US Route 36. Legal owner Mitchell Stucke is requesting to change the zoning designation from A-1, General Agriculture to B -1, Township Business District for the construction of a retail store on the new site to be created.
