PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT REQUEST FOR CRITERIA ARCHITECT OR ENGINEER STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS (DARKE COUNTY BOARD OF DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES) The Darke County Board of Developmental Disabilities (“Darke DD”) invites interested parties to submit statements of qualifications for criteria architect or engineering services related to car portico project (the “Project”), which it intends to be delivered via design-build. Copies of the complete Request for Qualifications may be obtained from the Darke DD website https://www.darkedd.org/ . Statements of qualifications must be delivered to Darke DD no later than 2:00 pm, June 23, 2025. Statements of qualifications should be emailed to Tonya Clark at tonyac@darkedd.org by the same deadline above. The Project is anticipated to include the construction of a car portico at the Darke DD facility. Darke DD will fund the project from the current Darke DD Capital Improvement Fund. Statement of qualifications should include information regarding the firm’s history; education and experience of owners and key technical personnel; the technical expertise of the firm’s current staff; the firm’s experience in performing engineering studies, design, construction administration and construction observation; availability of staff; the firm’s equipment and facilities; references; and any previous work performed for Darke DD. NO FEE ESTIMATE IS REQUESTED AS PART OF THE RESPONSE TO THIS RFQ.
