Notice of Public Hearing The Adams Township Trustees will hold a public hearing on July 14, 2025 at 7:00 PM immediately prior to a regularly scheduled monthly meeting. The hearing will be held in the Adams Township House, 100 Park Avenue, Gettysburg, Ohio. The Board of Township Trustees will accept comments and questions regarding a request to change the zoning designation of a proposed 2.77 acre tract that is currently part of a 6.68 acre tract (Parcel ID#A02-0-310-26-00-00-20101) along with all of an 0.79 acre adjoining tract (Parcel ID #A02-0-310-25-00-00-31101) located in the 8000 block of US Route 36. Legal owner Mitchell Stucke is requesting to change the zoning designation from A-1, General Agriculture to B -1, Township Business District for the construction of a retail store on the new site to be created.
