Notice of Public Hearing The Butler Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 20th, 2025. The hearing will be held at the Butler Township House located at 1481 U.S. Route 127. The hearing will start at or as near as possible to 7:00 PM. Butler BZA02-25: This hearing has been requested by Mark Loxley, for a Conditional Use to split off an existing dwelling on a small lot per Zoning Resolution Section 302.04 (H) and Article 5, Section 505. The applicant proposes to divide approximately 6 acres with an existing dwelling and accessory structures from the 84.22 acre tract. The subject property is located at 3797 Grubbs Rex Road, Butler Township, Parcel ID D81-0-210-21-00-00-10500. The property is currently zoned A-1, Agriculture.
