Notice Of Public Hearing The Van Buren Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on December 11, 2025 at the Van Buren Township Building located at 4213 Sarver Rd, Greenville, OH 45331 at 7:30 P.M. regarding a request to allow for a variance for a property split of a house from the land located at the address 3751 Drew Road, Arcanum Ohio. The reason of the variance request is to section off approximately 2.0 acres of the 3.549 total acre lot for creation of a building lot for family care givers.
