Notice Of Public Hearing The Twin Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on April 9, 2026 at the Arcanum Wayne Trail Historical Society Building located at 123 West George Street, Arcanum at 7:30 P.M. regarding a request for a variance at the residence located at 6019 Belle Terre Way, Arcanum OH. Location is zoned R-PID. The variance is from the Twin Township Zoning Ordinance Section 503 Private Accessorial Swimming Pools and Game Courts paragraph 503.03 Access Control . All swimming pools shall be walled or fenced in order to prevent uncontrolled access by children from any street or adjacent property. All such fences or walls shall be a minimum of five (5) feet in height and maintained in good condition with a gate and lock. The variance is a for pool cover that performs the same function for child safety that is in the Section 503.03 thereby replacing the need for a fenced enclosure.
